Coq au Vin
A classic French stew in which chicken is braised slowly to yield a supremely rich sauce filled with tender meat, crisp bits of brisket macon, mushrooms and burnished pearl onions.

Balsamic, Red wine vinegar, sugar glaze
Muscat infused grape juice
salt and pepper
Serve with creamy mashed potato and steamed greens.
