Navarin of Lamb
Our Navarin of Lamb is made using lean leg of lamb cooked slowly with (non alcoholic) red wine, vegetables & rosemary, topped with haricot beans.
Free range leg of lamb
red wine vinegar
Muscat infused grape juice
salt and pepper
Serve this dish with our Dauphinoise Potatoes (potato bake) or creamy mash with roasted garlic and perhaps some crunchy French beans
