Classic Bolognese sauce made with lean beef mince cooked slowly with onions, celery, herbs and lots of tomato to give an intensity of flavour which is hard to match. Serves 3-4 people - 1 litre container

Serving Suggestion
Serve with spaghetti or in a baked potato topped with cheddar and melted under the grill. Yummy with a salad too.
