Fun info: Coronation chicken was first prepared on the eve of the Queen's Coronation in 1952, when the combination of Indian curry and chicken was seen as slightly more exotic.

Cinnamon quill

Black pepper corns

Saffron

Ginger

Curry powder

Chutney

Dried apricots

Mayonnaise

Greek yoghurt

Fresh coriander

Flaked toasted almonds

Serving Suggestion

Best served chilled. Use generously to fill a sour dough baguette, on a baked potato or simply as the hero to a crunchy green salad.

Oh, so tasty! I used some on a work sandwich for hubby and the rest I mixed into wholewheat pasta with a bit of mayo. Out of this world!

My son who is such a picky eater loves this dish. Really delicious & super easy for chicken wraps. Portion size is perfect for our family of 3.
