Mildly curried, this reinvented and traditional 1950’s cold chicken dish will fill your mouth with all things spicy, sweet and crunchy! Medium size only - serves 2-3 (600g)

Fun info: Coronation chicken was first prepared on the eve of the Queen's Coronation in 1952, when the combination of Indian curry and chicken was seen as slightly more exotic.

Serving Suggestion 

Best served chilled.  Use generously to fill a sour dough baguette, on a baked potato or simply as the hero to a crunchy green salad.
