Blended oil, butter, leeks, red onion, garlic, tarragon, portabellini / brown mushrooms, vegetable stock, balsamic vinegar, cream, puff pastry, salt and pepper

Serve with a fresh green salad.

This was The Most Delicious pie I've had in ages. The party was crisp and the coming was outstanding. Full of flavour and plentiful. Also I felt less guilty about eating a pie because there was pastry only on the top. We will definitely be buying it again.
