A leaner version of our famous beef lasagne, we use free range chicken mince and mushroom to offer such a fun and healthy meal.

Ingredients

free range chicken mince
onions
celery
garlic
Olive Oil

button mushrooms
salt and pepper
cherry tomatoes
tomato paste
oregano
mixed herbs
chilli flakes
butter
flour
milk
pecorino/parmesan
puree
cheddar
chicken stock
balsamic vinegar
Lasagne sheets 

Serving Suggestion 

Serve with a fresh green salad and crusty garlic bread

A nice home-made style dish: perhaps a little more seasoning; and thicken the cheese sauce.

Delicious and a lighter option to the beef lasagne for summer, especially nice served with a salad that has a fresh dressing.

Good, but can be better.

It was a good dish, but lacked in flavor. Maybe add more seasoning like herbs to make the taste pop a little more.

Lasagne is my daughters favourite meal - and she loved it! I did have to order the size 4-6 ppl as the 2-3 ppl portion was too small for my 2 daughters and I.
