Fun info: Coronation chicken was first prepared on the eve of the Queen's Coronation in 1952, when the combination of Indian curry and chicken was seen as slightly more exotic.

Ingredients

Free range chicken

Cinnamon quill

Black pepper corns

Saffron

Ginger

Curry powder

Chutney

Dried apricots

Mayonnaise

Greek yoghurt

Fresh coriander

Flaked toasted almonds

Serving Suggestion 

Best served chilled.  Use generously to fill a sour dough baguette, on a baked potato or simply as the hero to a crunchy green salad.

I was impressed by the extensive list of ingredients in the label. The taste is awesome. We're had it for lunch in a wrap. And then on its own minutes later. 😁 Excellent
